God’s desire for us is never to be stressed out, but to live lives of contentment. Learn and follow God’s simple plans for wisdom and we will live contented lives!
To help us achieve the dreams we have, God offers us great wisdom. If we follow the wisdom, life will be filled with joy.
God has dreams for us. When we live by the principles God provides, we will find ourselves living the life of great dreams. If we ignore the guidance, we live nightmares.
Daniel 7 For years people have been trying to ‘predict the future’ by using language in the Bible to ‘unlock’ hidden secrets. That misses the point of scripture – God has told us what the future holds and how we are to remain faithful to our God.
Daniel 3. The King built a new idol and ordered all to worship. Daniel, risking being thrown into a furnace, chose to remain faithful to his convictions. Being faithful will always have consequences; sometimes God does amazing things in the worst corcumstances.
Daniel, along with his friends, was taken from his home and forced to serve a king – yet he remained faithful to his God and his convictions. In doing so, he not only survived – he thrived!
Daniel 5. ‘Handwriting on the Wall’ The King knew what was right but chose to do otherwise. Let us learn from his mistakes and commit do doing what we know to be right, regardless of the consequences.
